\n - £45,000 basic salary
\n - Approximately £5k -£6k in tronc
\n - Bonus confirmed after probation
\n - Overtime paid if required
\n - 45 hours per week
\n - Choice of 4 or 5 days over 7
\n - 1 in 4 weekends off
