Senior Project Manager

We are working with a leading main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager on a flagship commercial office development in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity offering clear progression, genuine responsibility and the chance to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across the commercial sector. The successful candidate will initially work alongside the Project Director through a 6-month PCSA phase before transitioning into the delivery team as the No.2 on the project and Construction Lead. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience delivering commercial office projects for a main contractor * Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring Site Managers * Experience operating at Senior Project Manager level rather than solely as a Package Manager * Cut & carve and/or new build project experience * Strategic and commercially aware mindset * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Able to influence project strategy, programme and construction methodology from pre-construction through delivery The Opportunity: * Join a leading contractor with a strong order book and long-term pipeline of work * Play a key role during both PCSA and construction phases * Work closely with an experienced Project Director on a flagship scheme * Lead site management teams and drive successful project delivery * Clear career progression within a growing and highly respected business * Exposure to future landmark projects across London This role would suit an ambitious Senior Project Manager looking to take on a strategic leadership position within a business that offers stability, career development and involvement in some of London's most exciting commercial developments.
