Finance Manager

Location: Nottingham Salary: Competitive + Benefits Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement within a varied and commercially focused role. About You: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement Experience in management and statutory accounting, budgeting, and forecastingKey Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Oversee VAT, CIS, and statutory reporting requirements Lead the year-end audit process and liaise with external advisors Maintain financial models and monitor lending covenant compliance Present financial information to shareholders and senior stakeholders Support company secretarial activities, including board minutes and Companies House filingsThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded finance professional looking for a broad role with significant responsibility and stakeholder exposure.
