Workplace Insights Analyst Hertfordshire – hybrid (3-4 days from home) £35 per hour Umbrella Initially 12-month contract (long-term thereafter) Mon-Fri (flexible working hours) Certain Advantage is working in partnership with a leading defence organisation seeking a Workplace Insights Analyst to enable evidence-led decision-making across Facilities Management by transforming workplace, operational and system data into meaningful insight. What will you be doing? Analyse workplace, operational, and system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Transform complex datasets into clear meaningful insight Work with the System team to identify reoccurring themes and root causes Provide evidence to support improvement opportunities Ensure the quality and integrity of workplace data Work with Systems colleagues to improve data capture Translate technical information into business insight Present findings to operational and senior FM leadership Translate technical information into business insight Present findings to operational and senior FM leadership A couple of things you should know: Experience analysing complex datasets PowerBI Advanced Excel Data visualisation Data quality management During an interview, you may be asked about: Your knowledge of Workplace Analytics Your experience in Facilities Management Sounds like you?
