Working within a prestigious commercial building, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring the building's electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. What's on Offer * Salary up to £45,000 * 4 on, 4 off days-only shift pattern * 7:00am – 6:00pm (11-hour shifts) * Regular overtime available * Excellent private pension scheme * 20 days annual leave (shift allowance) * Comprehensive company benefits package * Ongoing training and career development * Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. * Fault find and repair electrical plant and equipment. * Maintain lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, UPS systems, generators and associated building services equipment. * Complete maintenance records accurately using the company's CAFM system. * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider engineering team to ensure a first-class service. Requirements * Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Experience working within commercial building maintenance or a facilities management environment. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
