Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience within the Air Cargo or Air Freight industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Day Shift Operator to join their busy operation in Slough, handling a wide range of cargo including chilled, frozen and ambient goods. 📦 Key Responsibilities * 📦 Manual handling of all types of cargo, including perishable goods in chilled, frozen and ambient temperature environments. * 🚜 Operating a fleet of Counterbalance Forklift Trucks (1.5T–8T) safely and efficiently. * 📋 Picking, packing, splitting and sorting shipments accurately and on time. * 🚛 Loading and unloading company vehicles, from vans through to articulated lorries, as well as visiting vehicles. * '08;️ Building, sorting and stacking aircraft pallets while recording all movements using the warehouse computer system. * 💻 Maintaining accurate warehouse stock records, both electronically and on paper. * 🤝 Working closely with the office team, supervisors and warehouse management to ensure smooth daily operations. * 🧹 Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and promoting a clean, safe working environment. '05; What They're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have: * '14;️ A minimum of 3 years' warehouse experience * '14;️ Previous experience within the Air Freight/Air Cargo industry * '14;️ A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (B1 Classification) (B2 is advantageous but not essential) * '14;️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * '14;️ The ability to work effectively as part of a team * '14;️ A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety ⏰ Working Hours 4 Days On / 4 Days Off 🕘 09:00 – 19:00 This shift pattern offers an excellent work-life balance while providing regular opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime. 🌟 Why Join Our Client?
