Biology Teacher - Hillingdon - September 2026 Start Biology Teacher Location: Hillingdon, London Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term Salary: Pay to Scale (MPS/UPS) - dependent on experience Prospero Teaching is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher for a welcoming secondary school in Hillingdon starting in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Science department and make a real impact on students' academic success. The successful candidate will teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced applicants. The Role Deliver engaging and high-quality Biology lessons across KS3 and KS4. Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum. Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement. Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching Biology within a UK secondary school. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Passionate about inspiring young people and raising attainment.
