Forklift Diver

Job Type: TemporaryHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour

The Role

I am currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy warehouse team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role that combines forklift truck operation with general warehouse duties, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

Due to the location of the business, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles
\n
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
\n
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
\n
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
\n

Requirements

\n
• Valid and in-date FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
\n
• Previous experience operating a forklift truck within a warehouse environment
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Own transport essential due to location
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
