\nAre you a Multi Skilled Engineer looking for a role where you can use your skills, solve problems and make a real impact?
\nWe're recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, working a 3 on 3 off night shift pattern.
\nThis is a hands-on engineering role covering planned maintenance, breakdown response and continuous improvement. You'll be trusted to keep equipment running, improve reliability and support a high-performing operation.

You'll be responsible for:
\n- \n
- Fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns \n
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) \n
- Carrying out repairs safely and efficiently \n
- Identifying repeat failures and driving improvements \n
- Updating maintenance records via the CMM system \n
- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime \n
- Maintaining high health and safety standards \n
You'll have:

- Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer \n
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills \n
- Relevant engineering qualifications \n
- Manufacturing experience \n
- A proactive approach to problem solving \n
Food/FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential.
