They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join the team and grow sales in the South Wales region.

The Role

Your mission is to drive product awareness and boost sales through hands-on demonstrations, training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure relationships with decorator merchants, specifiers and building trade professionals
\n
• Drive sales growth by exceeding KPI’s
\n
• Promote and upsell products
\n
• Ensure customers’ expectations are met
\n
• Complete weekly KPI reports and keep admin tasks up to date
\n

What You’ll Need:

• Customer-facing experience
\n
• Background in DIY, Decorating or Building Industry
\n
• Full UK & clean driving licence (essential)
\n
• A proactive, organised approach and willingness to travel
\n
