\nWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing events organisation based in Sutton. This company is making a meaningful impact in the live performance space, working with both performers and venues across the UK. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in customer support or sales support, who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for both performers and venues, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. \n
- Support users of the company’s event management app, assisting with technical queries and general platform guidance. \n
- Coordinate schedules and availability, helping to match performers to venues and manage shift arrangements effectively. \n
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive user experience. \n
- Utilise tools such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook to track bookings, update records, and manage communications. \n
Candidate Profile:

- Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or sales support role is essential. \n
- A confident and empathetic communicator, both written and verbal. \n
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \n
- Resilient and enthusiastic, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. \n
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role in the company \n
