The Role You'll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including:\n

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• Re-mortgages
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
\n
• Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the conveyancing process
\n

About You:\n

\n
• Previous experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
\n
• A proactive, organised and professional approach
\n
