Zentar Healthcare is recruiting Staff Nurses (RGN/RMN) to support a mix of NHS wards and Mental Health services across Wales

We’re looking for nurses who are calm, clinically confident, and genuinely patient-focused professionals who want flexible, well-paid shifts with a team that communicates clearly and confirms quickly. Key Responsibilities

\n
• Deliver safe, high-quality care in line with the NMC Code
\n
• Patient assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation
\n
• Medication administration and clinical documentation (site policy dependent)
\n
• Monitor observations/vitals and respond promptly to changes
\n
• Effective handovers, escalation of clinical concerns, MDT working
\n
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards
\n

Requirements

\n
• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
• Must have 6 months Hospitals experience working in the UK
\n
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
\n
• Strong communication, professionalism and reliability
\n
