If you’re a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Property Lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Ayr-based property team working with an established and high-quality client base. This role offers exposure to a consistent flow of residential property work where client relationships are prioritised over volume processing.

You’ll become part of a collaborative and well-supported team, managing your own caseload while building long-term client relationships and developing your technical expertise. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors seeking progression, including those ready to step into an Associate-level position.

The role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Ayr, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload of residential transactions, from instruction through to completion. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, offering a personalised service while working closely with colleagues across the property team.
