***HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & MLRO*** The London branch of an European commercial bank are looking for SMF16/17 to join their busy City-based office to oversee a small team.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Head of Compliance & MLRO

• Maintaining internal Compliance/AML/monitoring frameworks
\n
• Providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders
\n
• Dealing with conflicts and PA Dealing/gifts requests
\n
• Assessing the commercial impact of new regulations
\n
• Updating policies and holding the Data Protection Officer position.
\n

Qualities & Attributes required to be a Head of Compliance & MLRO

You will have previous banking experience ideally from a capital markets/FX/treasury background. You will ideally have experience working as a SMF16/17 but an outstanding Deputy with extensive proven stand-in experience may also be considered. Salary: Competitive -with hybrid/flexible working.
