We're looking for ambitious B2B Business Sales Executives to join a growing sales team in Manchester. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities and introduce businesses to professional consultancy and people-management software solutions that help them run their organisations more effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

  Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals

• Booking appointments with business owners and decision makers
\n
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
\n
• Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets
\n
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
\n

  Experience in telesales, door to door sales, outbound sales or lead generation

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
\n
• Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision makers

• A proactive, self-starter attitude
