- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. \n
- Building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. \n
- Managing your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to successful order completion. \n
- Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial agreements while maintaining profitable business opportunities. \n
- Arranging and attending customer meetings and site visits to maximise sales opportunities. \n
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive an outstanding service from enquiry through to delivery. \n
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity using internal systems. \n

- Previous experience within a business development, sales or account management role. \n
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating new business opportunities. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. \n
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required. \n
- Experience within print, ticketing or a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but isn't essential, as full product training will be provided. \n
- A positive attitude, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. \n

- £32,000 - £34,000 basic salary depending on experience. \n
- Generous uncapped commission structure. \n
