\n£13.46 per hour
\nTemporary Ongoing Contract
\n\n\n40 hours per week
\nShift rota within:
\nMonday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
\nSaturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
\nSunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
\nRota pattern:
\n5-week rotation
\nIncludes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per cycle (not on the same weekend)

\nYou will be part of a busy customer service team, delivering a high level of support to customers.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries \n
- Provide clear and accurate information on products and services \n
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner \n
- Log customer interactions accurately on the system (CRM) \n
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions \n
- Carry out basic troubleshooting where required \n
- Work closely with other teams to resolve issues \n
- Ensure all processes are followed, including data protection and compliance \n
Customer service
\nThe Candidate

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) \n
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Able to stay calm and professional under pressure \n
- Good problem-solving skills \n
- Positive and customer-focused attitude \n
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or similar \n
- Experience using CRM systems or SAP \n
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) \n
