Financial Controller

Urgently required experienced Finance Manager / Management Accountant to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the business with accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial control. • Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Manage month-end processes, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.
\n
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
\n
• Oversee payroll reviews, supplier payments, and statutory submissions.
\n
• Assist with year-end accounts and external audits.
\n
• Monitor costs, margins, and business performance.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
\n
• Support and guide the finance team.
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar finance role.
\n
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowleddge
\n
• Good Excel and financial systems skills.
\n
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
\n
• AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA,r qualified by experience.
\n
