\nThe Management Accountant will play a key role in the production of accurate, timely management information across the group, supporting commercial and operational decision-making. This role is well-suited to someone comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with cross-border (UK/Irish) reporting requirements.

- Manage the preparation of the monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting, for all group entities \n
- Support preparation of board packs and investor reporting \n
- Monitor actual vs. budget/forecast variances and provide commentary \n
- Consolidation of UK and Irish entity accounts \n
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing \n
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for the Group \n
- Provide support with the year-end statutory audit \n
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insight \n
You will be;

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) \n
- Experience of management accounts preparation \n
- Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with financial models and AI \n
- Thorough understanding of accruals, deferred revenue, and month-end processes \n
