We are currently recruiting for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist school setting in Hambridge, supporting children and young people with a range of complex communication needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, where your clinical expertise will have a direct impact on improving outcomes for young people.

The Role

You will:

• Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention
\n
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes
\n
• Work closely with teaching staff and clinical colleagues
\n
• Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing reviews
\n
• Support communication strategies within the wider school environment
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
\n
• Experience working within children’s services / education / specialist settings
\n
• Strong understanding of communication needs, autism, and complex profiles
\n
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
\n
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
\n
