\nBased in either our Grantham or Newark office, this role offers the chance to deliver high-quality, holistic financial advice to a broad client base while contributing to the continued growth of our financial services offering.
\nThe Role
\nAs an Independent Financial Adviser, you will provide expert guidance across a full spectrum of financial planning areas, including investments, pensions, and inheritance tax planning. You will be responsible for managing and developing your own client relationships, delivering a tailored and comprehensive service that reflects the highest standards of client care.
\nWhile primarily office-based in Grantham or Newark, you may occasionally be required to support other offices. As such, flexibility and the ability to travel are essential.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing financial advice and support to existing clients \n
- Develop new business by working collaboratively with Partners and Fee Earners \n
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios in line with agreed service levels \n
- Identify client needs and research the market to deliver suitable recommendations \n
- Maintain high performance and service delivery standards \n
- Accurately manage records using the firm’s case management system \n
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with FCA regulations, firm policies, and industry best practice \n
- Always act in the best interests of clients \n
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager and Money Laundering Reporting Officer \n
- Demonstrate flexibility, including working outside standard hours where necessary to meet client needs \n
- Promote the firm’s reputation and uphold professional standards at all times \n
Candidate Profile
\nEssential Experience & Qualifications
\n- \n
- Diploma-level qualification in Financial Services \n
- Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) \n
- Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, and inheritance tax planning \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \n
Desirable

- Degree (or equivalent professional experience) \n
- Experience in trust investments \n
- Familiarity with case management systems \n
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements \n
