Are you passionate about making a difference and the opportunity to support young adults. We have a number of shifts to support residents aged 18-21, you will be a point of contact for 11 residence, offering support and interaction to support with any problems. You will ideally have an enhanced DBS check, have experience within the field of care or working with young adults. Possess good communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with people of all levels.
