IP Paralegal (Patents) London c£45,000+Super Benefits Package, London.

Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a well-renowned firm, who are seeking an IP Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you’ll need over 2+ years’ experience working within a patent role. The CIPA qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential. Additionally, you’ll need to possess strong communication, deadline management skills, and good attention to detail.

Within this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of patent tasks including:

• Supporting and managing fee earners day to day duties including prompt lists.
\n
• Liaising with clients directly.
\n
• Preparing accurate and timely responses to clients / IPOs.
\n
• Generating reports as required.
\n
• Managing deadlines.
\n
• Updating the IP management system, ensuring all relevant information is added.
\n
• Preparing patent forms and filing applications.
\n
