Care Home Deputy Manager - Alphington LodgeContracted Hours: 36 hours per week24 hours as Deputy Manager (DM): Management hours, typically 8:00 AM 4:30 PM .12 hours as Senior Support Worker: Operational shifts, worked flexibly as 8:00 AM 2:00 PM , 2:00 PM 8:00 PM , or 8:00 AM 8:00 PM , in line with the service rota.Rose Care Group believes that by supporting our staff we best support our residents.
