Your Role:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activitiesWork 1:1 or with small groups to support children's developmentHelp create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentEncourage social, emotional, and communication skillsAssist with observations and tracking children's progressBuild strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents? What We're Looking For:Have experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)Nurturing, patient, and enthusiasticGood understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage frameworkConfident supporting children with a range of abilities and needsHold a relevant childcare or TA qualification (desirable but not essential)Have, or are willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check??
