Subcontract Controller / Offload Controller (SAP) Defence ManufacturingStevenage | £40.00/hr Umbrella (Inside IR35) | Hybrid, 2-3 Days OnsiteJoin a leading UK defence organisation supporting critical Test Equipment programmes. You'll manage supplier delivery schedules, keep SAP data accurate, and coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality to keep production on track.What you'll be doing:Release and manage work in SAP, keeping delivery forecasts accurate and up to dateCoordinate offload requirements with external suppliers to hit delivery milestonesAct as the link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and vendorsMaintain data accuracy and support KPI/inventory reportingWork with Goods Receiving, Stores and Dispatch to resolve queries and paperworkSupport non-conformance management and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you'll need:Solid hands-on SAP experiencePlanning, scheduling or coordination background in manufacturing, logistics or supply chainStrong stakeholder management skills across multiple functionsExperience with KPI reporting and data accuracyQuality/non-conformance management experienceA continuous improvement mindsetWhat's on offer:£40.00/hr Umbrella (Inside IR35)Genuine potential for extension or permanent conversionHybrid working 2-3 days onsite at our client's Stevenage HQOnsite gym, coffee shop, excellent transport linksWhat happens now?If your application meets the initial selection criteria, a member of our talent acquisition team will contact you via email to arrange a structured screening call.
