Commercial Project Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects from pre-start through to completion.Duties:Manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.Coordinate subcontractors and procure materials.Carry out regular site visits and attend progress meetings.Monitor project programmes, budgets and documentation.Ensure Health & Safety compliance throughout.Build and maintain strong client relationships.You'll have:Previous Project Management experience delivering commercial construction projects.A trade background, ideally Carpentry or Joinery.Strong commercial awareness.SMSTS qualification.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.Full UK Driving Licence.TPBN1_UKTJ
