The role involves a variety of nursery duties, with a primary focus on planting, potting, and caring for flowers and young plants.Key Responsibilities Planting flowers, plants, and seedlings.Potting and re-potting plants to nursery standards.Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of growing areas.Watering and caring for plants as required.Sorting, grading, and preparing plants for dispatch.Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the nursery.Following health and safety procedures at all times.Candidate Requirements Essential Reliable and hardworking attitude.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Good attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Desirable Previous nursery, horticultural, agricultural, or gardening experience.Interest in plants, flowers, or horticulture.Experience with planting and potting activities.What We Offer £12.71 per hourFull-time hoursFriendly and supportive working environmentTraining providedOpportunity to gain experience within the horticultural sectorImmediate starts availableWhy Join Us?
