£36,000-£38,000 | Full Time | Permanent | Spalding, LincolnshireMorePeople is partnering with a well established fresh produce business in Spalding to recruit an HR Advisor. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, ideally within food manufacturing or fresh produce, and will be confident working both independently and as part of a team while providing proactive, expert HR support across the business.Responsibilities include:Acting as a trusted HR partner to line managers and supervisorsProviding guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development and exitManaging employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and absenceReporting on key HR metrics and identifying trends to improve performanceSupporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication effortsWorking closely with the wider HR team to align local and national people strategiesWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a HR advisory role, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or Fresh Produce backgroundCIPD Level 3 qualified or degree equivalentConfident decision maker with strong interpersonal and influencing skillsProactive and practical with a collaborative approachStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience using HR systems (e.g. HRIS platforms)Interested in learning more?
