Y oull be part of a close-knit team that ensures residents are safe, comfortable and treated with dignity, while also encouraging independence, choice and meaningful activities. Youll build trusting relationships, through the use of calm and thoughtful communication, and adapt to changing needs and preferences throughout the day.Our service feels like family relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.Your working hours36 hours per weekYou will be working on night shift. This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.What youll doSupport with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication Encourage independence through a person-centred approach Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities Keep clear, accurate records Most importantly help each person live life on their own termsThe role may involve supporting individuals with a range of complex healthcare needs, including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding (PEG tubes), medication support and other specialist interventions.
