This is a key role supporting leaders and teams across the organisation, delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service with a strong focus on employee relations .This is a remote position , with travel required as and when across the South-East of England. Candidate's based in North East London may be best situated.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related mattersLead and support on a wide range of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, etc.)Provide proactive and commercially focused HR guidance aligned to business needsSupport organisational change activities where requiredEnsure consistent application of HR policies and best practiceAnalyse trends in people data and provide insights and recommendationsPartner with stakeholders to drive engagement and performanceAbout YouProven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner roleStrong expertise in employee relations is essentialAble to work at pace and manage a varied caseload effectivelyConfident building relationships and influencing stakeholders remotelyPragmatic, solutions-focused approach with sound judgementCIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirableTPBN1_UKTJ
