Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Support Worker to provide essential care and assistance during overnight hours. This role involves supporting children with special needs or in care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience working with children, and the ability to work independently in a calm and organised manner.
