Project Manager / Project Director RC Frame & Groundworks Based WC1H Rate up to £500 a day Location: Central LondonSalary: Excellent Package + Bonus + Benefits Are you an experienced Project Manager / Project Director looking to join one of the UK's leading RC Frame and Groundworks contractors? We are seeking a driven and commercially aware Project Manager to deliver major reinforced concrete frame and groundworks schemes across Central London, with project values ranging from £20 million to £50 million . Working with some of the UK's most respected main contractors and developers, you'll lead high-profile projects from pre-construction through to successful completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of complex RC Frame and Groundworks packages, leading site teams and working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include: Managing projects valued between £20m and £50m.Leading project teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, and commercial staff.Developing and maintaining project programmes.Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings.Overseeing quality, programme, and commercial performance.Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards.About You You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering RC Frame and Groundworks projects on large-scale developments.
