Contracts ManagerLocation: BasingstokeSalary: Up to £100,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + MileageBlaymires Recruitment is representing a leading cladding remediation and faade refurbishment contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager.The company has an excellent reputation for delivering complex, multi-million-pound projects across London and the South East, with typical values ranging from £5m to £20m.This is a strong opportunity for a commercially aware Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple live projects, working closely with senior management, commercial, design, health & safety and site teams.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will oversee several cladding remediation and regeneration projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key duties will include:Managing multiple live construction projectsLeading Project Managers and senior site teamsMonitoring programmes, resources, budgets and project risksEnsuring compliance with health & safety, CDM and company proceduresSupporting quality control through inspections and auditsWorking with commercial teams on costs, forecasts, CVRs and profitabilityMaintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, residents and stakeholdersProducing regular project reports and updatesYou should have:Cladding or facades experienceExperience managing multiple construction projectsStrong contract management and commercial awarenessCSCS Black CardSite Management Health & Safety qualificationGood understanding of CDM RegulationsExperience using ASTA or Microsoft ProjectStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAdditional qualifications such as Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection, First Aid or Enhanced DBS clearance would be beneficial.PackageSalary up to £100,00025 days holidayCompany PensionPrivate Medical InsuranceLife Assurance SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammePaid travel - 55p per mile/ any public transport tickets / parking chargesCycle to Work SchemeSocial Events - Christmas party, Summer BBQ's, Charity fundraisers, Christmas Gift Appeals, Departmental Meals & AnniversariesProfessional Memberships & Associations.Free Eye TestsEmployee Referral ProgrammeCareer development with a growing, respected contractorTo find out more, contact Stephen Blaymires at Blaymires Recruitment.TPBN1_UKTJ
