This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands on, finance manager to join a growing business in a broad role.The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships across multiple departments and contributing to both day-to-day finance operations and longer-term business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts and performance reportingDelivering insightful commentary and analysis to support business decisionsMaintaining financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliations and ledger integrityManaging cash flow reporting and supporting working capital performancePartnering with operational teams to support revenue forecasting and project performanceMonitoring profitability and analysing business trends to identify opportunities and risksSupporting budgeting, forecasting and wider financial planning processesAssisting with year-end reporting and statutory compliance requirementsProviding guidance and support to junior members of the finance teamIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficienciesActing as a key finance contact for stakeholders across the wider businessAbout YouWe are keen to speak with experienced finance professionals who can combine strong technical ability with a proactive and commercial mindset.You'll ideally have:Previous experience within a broad SME finance roleA solid understanding of financial controls, reporting and compliance requirementsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information clearlyStrong Excel skills and experience working with finance systemsThe confidence to engage with and influence stakeholders across all levels of the businessA hands-on approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyWhat's on Offer?Salary of £50,000 - £60,000Opportunity to join an established organisationBroad, varied role with genuine exposure across the businessSupportive and collaborative cultureClear opportunities for professional development and career progressionFor more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Lauren Harrison at Accountable Recruitment on 07731 356 287TPBN1_UKTJ
