Senior Business Change Project ManagerWe are recruiting an experienced Senior Business Change Project Manager to support a high-profile organisation with the early-stage shaping and mobilisation of a new business model.This is a senior, business-led change role requiring someone who can take an emerging vision, bring clarity and structure to it, and translate it into a credible strategy, business case and high-level delivery plan.You will be joining the project at an early stage and working with senior sponsors, stakeholders and team members who may be less accustomed to formal project delivery methodologies. You will therefore need to be a confident self-starter who can provide direction, introduce appropriate governance and build engagement without creating unnecessary complexity.Key responsibilities will include:Shaping the project from its initial vision through to a structured programme of workSupporting the development of the business model, blueprint and business caseTranslating strategic objectives into a clear roadmap and high-level delivery planDefining workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks and governanceWorking closely with senior sponsors and stakeholders to establish priorities and secure alignmentBringing structure and momentum to a relatively undefined initiativeSupporting teams that may be unfamiliar with formal project and change methodologiesEnsuring the proposed approach is practical, outcome-focused and ready for deliveryWe are looking for someone with:Significant experience delivering senior-level business change or transformation projectsA strong track record of shaping and mobilising projects from an early or ambiguous stageExperience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, blueprints or high-level plansExcellent senior stakeholder and sponsor management skillsThe confidence to challenge constructively and provide clear directionStrong governance, planning, RAID and dependency-management experienceThe ability to operate independently with limited oversightExperience delivering change involving people, processes and operating models rather than purely technical implementationExperience within a complex corporate environment, professional body, higher education, financial services or the public sector would be advantageous.The role is primarily remote, although attendance in Glasgow will be required approximately once or twice per month.Salary of up to £70,000, although there may be some flexibility for the right person.
