Technical Solutions Engineer London (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week) £75,000 - £80,000 Base + £20,000 - £30,000 VariableOur client is an established global SaaS organisation looking to hire a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between customers, sales teams and product development.This role combines technical consulting, solution design, integrations and stakeholder management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through technology.The Role Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirementsDesign and recommend scalable solution architecturesDeliver technical demonstrations and workshopsAdvise customers on API integration and implementation approachesResolve technical roadblocks and implementation challengesBuild trusted relationships with customer stakeholdersWork closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence future enhancementsProvide technical support and enablement to customers and partnersAbout You Experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Solution Consulting or Technical Consulting within a SaaS environmentStrong knowledge of APIs, RESTful services and systems integrationSQL and database knowledgeExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to engage with both technical and business audiencesStrong organisational and project management skillsA consultative and customer-focused approachExperience within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or other technology-led industries would be advantageousTPBN1_UKTJ
