Key responsibilities include:Leading the training, development, and performance of a large QC teamManaging metrology, inspection and GD&TLeading MRB activities and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions activitiesDriving compliance to AS9100, ISO9001, AS9102, NADCAP, and ISO14001Embedding a quality-first mindset, and continuous improvement activities across engineering, production, and leadership teamWhat Youll Need as Quality Manager:HNC/HND/Apprenticeship/Degree in an Engineering disciplineProven leadership experience in quality within regulated manufacturing, ideally aerospaceDeep knowledge of GD&T, metrology and inspection processesStrong expertise in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, IshikawaA hands-on leadership style, confident working on the shop floor and engaging at senior levelsAs Quality Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape long-term quality strategy, and be part of a globally recognised group with strong financial backing and clear progression path.Please apply today !TPBN1_UKTJ
