Weekend availability is required. Depending on the package of care, shifts may be provided on either a 2:1 or 1:1 basis.Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.About the Role Routes Healthcare is expanding its specialist Regional Complex Care Team to support clients across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Halifax .This is not standard domiciliary care.
