If you're looking to accelerate your career with a contractor experiencing sustained growth, this is the role for you.The Role As Commercial Manager, you will:Lead the commercial delivery of multiple highways and infrastructure projects.Manage, mentor and develop Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors.Drive commercial performance, forecasting and cost control.Manage NEC contracts and commercial risk.Oversee subcontract procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.Work closely with Operational Directors, Contracts Managers and Project Teams.Build strong relationships with clients, framework partners and key stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and commercially successfully.About You This opportunity is ideal for an established Commercial Manager or an ambitious Managing Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step into a regional commercial leadership role.You'll have experience delivering projects within:Civil EngineeringHighwaysInfrastructureNational HighwaysLocal Authority FrameworksSection 278 WorksEarthworksDrainageNEC ContractsYou'll also demonstrate:Experience leading commercial teams and developing Quantity Surveyors.Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.Excellent NEC contract experience.The ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A driven, ambitious mindset with the desire to progress your career.Why Join?
