Engineering Works Planner

We are seeking a Hybrid (after training) Service Coordinator for our friendly team based in Wrexham. Working for a growing and well established business who truly look after their staff. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling field engineers, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while meeting customer requirements and service KPIs.Key responsibilities include:Planning and booking engineers workloads and diariesHandling customer calls and service requestsCoordinating preventative maintenance visitsEnsuring accurate job close-down and invoicingMaintaining CRM records and service data accuracyWorking closely with engineers and internal teams to optimise service deliveryIdeal background:Previous experience in service planning, coordination, or schedulingStrong organisational and communication skillsAble to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentIn return you can expect a salary of £30,000 pa plus up to a £1800 per annum bonus paid monthly depending on company performance this will rise to £32k basic after 6 months.Working Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm and an early finish on a Friday of 2pm plus a great range of benefits including 34 days holidays which also rise in service and many more perksTPBN1_UKTJ
