Opportunity: Family Solicitor/LawyerLocation: Cirencester | Hybrid and Flexible WorkingSalary: Up to £80,000 + BonusSome firms offer great work but expect long hours. They're now looking to welcome a Family Solicitor into their friendly and collaborative team.The work is varied, interesting and often more complex than you'd typically expect from a regional practice. Alongside divorce and private children matters, you'll advise on high-quality financial remedy cases involving family businesses, farming interests, substantial property portfolios, inherited wealth, trusts and pensions. Working closely with the firm's well-regarded Private Client, Property and Agricultural teams means you'll regularly be involved in matters with real technical depth.What really sets this firm apart, though, is the culture.There's no expectation of presenteeism, no unnecessary hierarchy and no egos. It's a firm where people tend to stay and that speaks for itself.The Opportunity:This is a broad private family role where you'll advise clients on:Divorce and separationFinancial remedy mattersChild arrangements, including both negotiated settlements and contested proceedingsCohabitation and separation agreementsPre and post-nuptial agreementsCases involving business assets, farming interests, trusts and property portfoliosThe team is particularly keen to speak with someone who enjoys children work and is confident managing child arrangement matters from initial advice through to resolution, whether by negotiation or litigation.Who They Are Looking For:The firm is open-minded when it comes to experience.
