Job Title: PlannerLocation: Semi- hybrid role- Southampton/ home basedDuration: Long term contract (outside IR35)Salary: c£450 -£500 per dayWe are seeking on behalf of our large Construction Client, a Planning Engineer, with water treatment or comparable industry experience and civil engineering background, for a 6-month rolling contract role (outside IR35) to be based in Southampton/ remote.Experience:* Proficient in Primavera.* Civil Engineering* Site Based Experience.* NEC Contract Awareness.* Water or comparable industry experience* HNC Qualified* Ability to build Schedule from Scratch, if possible, using Design Drawings - Preferred.* 5 to 10 years experience in construction includingo Temporary works (not a TWC)o Deep excavationso Large dia.
