The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record including problem-solving and excellentcustomerservicelevels.Theyshouldshowapassionforthelettingsindustry,especiallythe property management side of the business.Responsibilities:AdvisingandguidinglandlordsonthemanagementoftheirpropertiesDealingwithday -to-day maintenanceissuesusingFixFlo softwareNegotiationofendoftenancydepositdilapidationsandifrequireddealingwithTDS disputesArrangingendoftenancyproceduresandensuringpropertiesaremadereadyfornew tenanciesCoordinatingrefurbishmentworksincludingobtainingquotesandmanagementof contractorsLiaisingwithtenantsandcontractorstoensurework iscompletedinatimely mannerProgressingquotesandchecking/submittinginvoicestoensurepaymentison timeCarryingoutdetailedpropertyvisitsandcreatingprecisereportsusingonlineApp/website.
