ToleadonassetdatamattersforR&Isectionandfacilitateexcellentandcustomerfocusedservicetoresidents. ToensureappropriateuseofRBGs30-yearplan,distillinginformationintofiveyearannualinvestmentplans Toleadondevelopingafive-yearinvestmentplanalignedwithappropriatedatawhichreflecttheneedsofthestockandthestrategicobjectivesofRBG. Analysetrendsinresponsiverepairsandvoidstoreducedemandandimproveefficiency Toworkcloselywithkeystakeholders,includingResidentsGroups,Membersandkeypartnersandmanagecustomerexpectationseffectively. Managesconsultantsandcontractors MainDuties: AssetDataManager Undertakeholisticanalysistounderstandtheperformanceofthestockandintroduceappropriateactionplansofinterventionordisinvestmentinnon-performingassetstoensurelong-termviabilityofRBGpropertyportfolio. WorkflexiblywiththeRepairsandInvestmentSeniorManagementTeamandacrossHousingandSaferCommunities,toprovideeffectiveleadershipandmanagementthatwillcontributetothecontinuousimprovementoftheserviceandthedirectorate. LiaisewithcolleaguesinRepairsandInvestment,otherHousingandCouncildepartmentstoensureeffectiveplanninganddeliveryofcapitalworksProgrammes. Provideanalysisofdatatomakebestuseofproperties,individualstockviabilityandlanduseoptions Ensurestockconditioninformationismaintainedforallassetsandlinksintoresponsive,cyclicalandprogrammedmaintenancerecordstoidentifycurrentconditionandfuturerequirements. Manageandleadstafftoachievehighperformanceandeffectiveoperationaldelivery,includingdevelopingandimprovingstaffcapacityandcapability. Manageresourceswell,developingaclearunderstandingoftherelationshipbetweencapitalandHRArevenueresourcesandhowtheycanbebestdeployedtomaximisestockimprovementwhilstgeneratinglongtermrevenuesavings. Knowledge AssetDataManager Educatedtodegreelevelorequivalentthroughrelevanttraining/experience. Demonstrableknowledgeofassetmanagementlegislation,systems,proceduresandrequirementsegDHS,codeforsustainablehomesetc. Knowledgeofgoodpracticeinassetmanagementplanningwithregardtolong-termmaintenancestrategiesandbusinessplanning. Management/Leadership/Developmentofahighperformingteam. AF/I SkillsandAbilities AssetDataManager Abilitytointerpretlargevolumesofdata,identifyingpropertytrendsandbusinesssolutions.
