We're currently recruiting a dedicated Head Porter to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.As a Head Porter, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here's what you need to know before applying:Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the kitchen porter team during daily operationsEnsure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned to high standardsOrganise staff rotas and delegate tasks efficientlyAssist chefs and kitchen staff with deliveries and stock movementMonitor cleaning schedules and hygiene standardsEnsure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulationsTrain new kitchen porter staff membersMaintain a positive and productive working environmentRequirementsPrevious experience as a Kitchen Porter or Senior Kitchen PorterSupervisory or team leadership experience preferredStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a busy kitchenReliable, hardworking, and professional attitudeFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysRestaurant Associates provides brilliant hospitality through our food, drink and services.
