Team Leader - Adult Social Care

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or manager who is passionate about supporting individuals and leading successful teams.You would be responsible for managing a small team of Support Workers providing guidance and helping coordinate the day-to-day running of the service. You will ensure care is delivered safely, respectfully and in line with individual needs and goals.Whats on OfferJob type: Full time, permanentLocation: BeddinghamSalary: £32,000 p/aKey ResponsibilitiesLead, support and motivate a team of Support WorkersProvide day-to-day guidance, supervision and support to colleaguesAssist with planning staff rotas and coordinating daily activitiesSupport individuals with their personal goals, daily activities and independenceContribute to support plans, risk assessments and reviews, ensuring individual needs are understood and metMonitor care standards and ensure accurate records and documentation are maintainedSupport with staff inductions, training and ongoing developmentSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience working within adult social care, support work or a similar care environment desirableMinimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience highly desirableStrong understanding of person-centred care and supporting individuals to live as independently as possibleConfident working with support plans, risk assessments and care documentationUnderstanding of safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable adultsLevel 3 Adult Care qualification (or equivalent) would be desirable, or willingness to work towards this.How to Apply If you are an experienced leader looking for your next step and enjoy supporting others while helping a team deliver excellent standards of care, we would love to hear from you.
