Class 2 Refuse Driver

Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for a HGV Refuse Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a bin lorry and working as part of a crew to carry out local waste collection services based in Hyde.Key Responsibilities: Driving a refuse collection vehicle safely and efficientlyWorking alongside loaders to complete daily routesCarrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defectsEnsuring all collections are completed in line with schedulesMaintaining a high standard of health & safety at all timesRequirements: Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licenceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph cardPrevious experience in refuse or similar driving work is preferredGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable and punctualHours & Pay: Start time: 07:00 AM.Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required & Bank holidays)Starts at £15.20 per hour.
