Flexible working schedule.Business Unit: Almac SciencesOpen To: Internal & External ApplicantsRef No .: HRJOB11521The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an Analytical Team Leader to join our Almac Sciences Business unit, based in our Craigavon headquarters in Northern Ireland.The post holder will be responsible for performing, monitoring and accepting accountability for all assigned analytical duties relating to the Quality Control operations within Almac Sciences GMP Manufacturing facilities.Quality and Analytical support shall primarily be provided for, but not limited to, all aspects of the business relating to the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).Analytical techniques include but are not limited to HPLC, UPLC, GC, IC, UV, PSA, NMR, KF and IR analysis.Essential Candidate CriteriaDegree level qualification in an Analytical/Chemistry related discipline (significant industry experience, may be considered in Lieu of Degree Qualification)Previous experience in a GMP/GLP environmentExperience in performance managementUp-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines relevant to drug developmentDesirable Candidate CriteriaPostgraduate level qualification (or equivalent) in a related disciplineExperience in method development and/or validationExperience leading investigations and root cause analysis.Why Almac?At Almac, youll be part of a global organisation where collaboration, innovation and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
